exhaust , do you think this would work?

I have a RB off-road header and want to straight pipe off of it but I don't have any tools or resources that'll help me (welder, piping...)a friend of mine has a welder but that still leaves me with bending pipe. I am going to have a flange made so that I can connect the two header pipes into a 2.5in pipe but I still won't be able to get piping put on due to the cats and legallity of removing them. So my question is could I get a shop to measure, bend a pipe for me and I put it with them knowing what I'm going to do?

Well aren't I going to have to have them measure and bend the piping accordingly so it will come out the stock location?

Take the plates and tags off of the car and say its your rally car or something. Otherwise most won't touch it.

you might have to have it towed to the muffler shop with no tags. that is what a muffler shop told me before. If you drive it in, it looks kind of suspicious.
