soo i am finally building an exhaust to quiet down my fc and i am stuck with a difficult decision. i can buy a used REV TII system for around 650, or i can build a custom 3" to dual 2.5in with a RP universal 3" presilencer and 2 2.5" aero stx mufflers that are big enough to fill the stock exhaust heat shields. that will run me somewhere between 450-650 depending on labor costs. not to mention i already have a 3" downpipe. so im looking at which option is better. im looking for the quietest setup i can run that will let me hit my long term goal of 350rwhp with good spool/torque down the line. do any of you know which setup will probably be quieter? i am also looking into buying the REV TII and selling the y pipe and mufflers and slapping on the aero stx mufflers with a 3" to dual 2.5" y pipe. flame on, but for those of you who have more exhaust experience, please guide me to the quieter setup.
