Exhaust or Clutch.
So what would YOU choose? I put my stock exhaust back on but am itching for another aftermarket system. However my clutch has developed a nasty little slip in it now. It's not that bad. It just makes me mad becuase for about a week it was grabbing like a *****. I guess it decided to quit.
Oh well. The clutch I'm lookinjg at is the ACT performance organic street disc with the ACT heavy duty pressure plate.
The cat back system I want is either Borla or custom. Most likey a custom set up using Ravin' mufflers.
What would YOU choose to do first?

if your going to change the clutch yourself then yes i would do it first. if not and your ging to have someone else do it then keep in mind the labor for some shop to do it.
i dont change my clutch till its dead and slipping tons. as long as you can shift. i would personally go with an exhaust.

Yea, lol, I need a new clutch right now as well, but the exhaust is gunna come first. I was givin him the proper thing to do, not what I would do personally I just pump my clutch & not keep it in down too much, just between gears, not when stopped at all.

Start saving your cash up, and do both at once, to do the clutch, you have to drop the exhaust anyway, it doesn't matter if you do it yourself or a shop does it, its gonna save some labour by doing it all at once. If you start pushing more power, the clutch is gonna die faster, then you to pull your exhaust apart again to do the clutch. When I installed my clutchmasters kit, I welded in some extra flanges to allow the exhaust to be dropped in sections to make future repairs easier, my exhaust was a one peice muffler shop built system, so it had no flanged joints, which means the whole damn thing had to come out to pull the tranny, so I cut it into 3 pieces with a sawzall and zapped in some flanges, it made life alot easier..Max
