Take them out and remove the nut, if possible, while they are out. Use Loctite stud and bearing mount when you put them back in. Use anti-seize when you put the nuts back on. If you can't remove the nut, your local auto parts store will have studs and nuts to fit. Just bring the old one to match up.

if the nut is seized to the stud just replace the stud and nut.... its cheap and a good insurance against overtightening or undertightening your manifold....
its going into aluminum so i would be careful not to crossthread if i were you....
