KS Even more Idle problems

Recently I posted saying my idle was messed up, and that I got it fixed. Well, the day after I got it fixed, I went to start the car (cold), and it shot to 3,000, like it should for the quick-warm up, then dropped to 1,500, then instead of dropping to idle (800-ish), it dropped to 1,000 and surged up to 1,300. It did this constantly at idle until it was warm (took it to get some lunch). When I came home, I left it running in the driveway and it was back at 800 rpm. When I open the hood, I hear a hissing from behind the engine, right in the middle. Do I have a tps problem, a vacuum leak, what? How do I check/adjust the tps? I can't find the how-to anywhere. Also, what vacuum lines commonly have issues back there, if any? Someone please help, I'm almost out of ideas! Thanks, guys.

Well it's not in the recent issue of Playboy! All you need to do is warm the car up to as hot as it can get and then measure the voltage w/key to on and engine off or w/engine running on the Green/Red wire at the TPS and it should read 1 volt on the nose. If it isn't then adjust the sensor screw til it reads 1 volt.

Alright, I'll give that a shot. Thanks. If that doesn't fix it, then....what's next? It's a factory reman'd motor with just about 10k miles on it, swapped into my car from the original car (done by Mazda) about a week or ago, if that helps any.
