There is a member with a middle east/ new zealand spec car with little round fender markers instead of the markers on the moldings. The moldings where solid.

There is a thread in the second gen non-technical section which he posted pics and described it in, I just do not remember which one.

I'm wondering if you can reverse the molding from the rear of the fender and use it for the front half.

Unless you go to a salvage yard in Saudi Arabia, I don't see how you are going to find them.

I know you don't want to do this really, but it is the next best thing. Why not get a door trim from the salvage yard, cut and sand the edge contour to fit and match? That should be relatively easy. If you do happen to mess the cutting up the first time, you still have plenty of trim left over to try it again.

even if you have the part number, that doesnt mean you can just call a dealer in the USA and order it.

We already ried with another US member. They are not available. Even over here in Europe I cannot order them, I have to source dealerships that happen to have 1 or more lying around. These things are rare!
