Esoteric headliner question

I tried researching this at my local junkyard but currently there are NO RXs to be studied...

I've replaced my passive "mousetrack" seatbelts (car is a '91 NA) with manual S4 units (direct bolt in replacement and now the lapbelt actually crosses my lap instead of halfway down my thigh).
Naturally, there was more to the swap than I had imagined but I've dealt with all the cosmetic issues save one...the headliner.
The manual belt A-pillar trim is narrower than the passive belt trim (DOH!- it doesn't need to cover the belt track) and there is a gap where the headliner doesn't extend under the trim.

So, now I have two options- first just use the wider automatic A-pillar trim (which my car didn't have to begin with and seems to be difficult to find in good condition) or, replace the headliner with the correct (wider) version and narrower pillar trim (which I have already acquired).
I would prefer the second option as it will make the interior look more finished, so here's the question...

Do the two different headliners interchange, are the mounting points the same?

I realize the chances of anyone knowing this offhand are slim but it seemed worthwhile to ask before trying to buy the headliner and finding out it just doesn't work or alternatively, continuing the hunt for good passive A-pillar trim.

Yes, I know that...my auto belts were completely functional before removal, I just didn't like them.
