errrp! issues.

Got my engine in and running, cold compression is decent I guess, 100PSI front and rear, even bounces.

issues: I blew an intercooler hose off, the engine stalled. When I put it back together it "sounded" like a blown motor, witht he ghetto-*** supra sound, like it was running on 1 1/3 rotors. it even had the shake! shut it down and tried to start it back up, wouldn't fire. Pulled the plugs, they were wet (flooded it), cranked it over a bunch, crap still comes out even after cranking it for 30+ seconds (and probably longer than that) with the ecu fuses pulled.

now I can't even get the damn thing to start! the compression is still fine, hasn't changed at all.

any idea wtf is going on here?

Also: clutch won't fully disengage. I've bled the hydraulics, they're fine. the clutch/pp are brand new on the motor, but the PP looks different than mine. on this one the "fingers" don't stick out, they're just flat, on mine they stuck out a little bit. I think I'm just going to drop the trans and put my old PP back on, and see what happens, because I've done everything that I can from on top. thanks everyone! and lets hope it doesn't give me the $)(*#$ proxy error like it has for the past 3 days.

OK... got it running on both rotors... for a few minutes! still smokes a bit, hopefully that clears up lol. I've only had it running about 10 minutes before. it still likes to flood hardcore sometimes.

But then I started it and it wouldn't idle for ****. Shut it down and started it again a few minutes later, started on one rotor only. And the dash gauges now don't work (none of them, not just the tach). S-AFC still shows OK though. just not the gauges. WTF! Looks like I'm having some electronic problems as well.

main ground to engine and main ground to chassis from the battery are both OK.

the clutch is STILL acting up, I'm going to start dropping the trans in a few minutes.
