Error code 14. Help!

O.k so I had to get another ecu because the mop burned out the last one. Before I installed it I sent it out to get the rtek chip so I can run premix. Tired of trying to get a good mop. Now I just installed it and I'm getting a code 14 for atmospheric pressure sensor. How can I fix this? What does it look like? I have other ecu's that are burned up but they don't through a code 14 figured I could steal what I need from one of them. Thanks for any help on trying to figure this out.

Car is a 89 rx7 convertible running a N351 ecu.
