Enough fuel???
I currently am running 750's in the secondaries. I checked out the rx7.com fuel calc and it said i can go up to about 320fwhp without any ill effects (I know that is not real life though) . I am going to be running a hybrid turbo and some other stuff and hope to be putting down near 300whp. Will this be enough fuel, or should I opt for some 1000cc secondaries just in case? TIA.

You're probably fine if you have an upgraded fuel pump, but going larger certainly couldn't hurt (and will give you an extra margin).
With a hybrid turbo, you will need to upgrade.

What are you using to tune the injectors? 1000cc in the secondaries is too large I think even with a SAFC. You'll probably get an annoying "hiccup" when the secondaries kick in. Maybe 720cc x 4 using the SAFC?
It also depends on the turbo you're planning on running as well.
My upgraded ECU (not stand alone), SAFC and 720 x 4
barely keeps me in the safe zone with the upgraded turbo.
I've no idea if the 1000cc will work with the SAFC and stock ECU. You'll probably run too rich in the mid 4000-6000 range.
It will be interesting to see the numbers and how the SAFC reacts to very large injectors.

hmm, maybe just go with gsl-se's or similar size in the primaries then?? I was thinking of this but I didn't want to run into idle problems... sorry this is 2a+RoN, I'm at my friends house.

GSL-SE's are 680cc. You won't run into idle problems if the SAFC is hooked up. Just tune down the 680cc .
I'm not sure what year your TII is but the GSL-SE are low impedence so keep that in mind. '87 can drop right it but '88-91 you'll need resistors 10 or 20w from Radio Shack.
