engine sit time

im about to get an engine....its got 40k on it......
how long can it sit before it needs to be turned.....
it might be about a month before i'll have a chance to acutally get it started in the car....

i owyuld also like to know cuz i got mine rebuilt and was wondering how long it can sit before i get it started.

as in can it sit like a month or two after being rebuilt and still be fine to sart up?

As long as you keep it wrapped up, I don't see any reason why a month would be a problem.
