engine shakes

I have a 88 t2 and when it starts the engine shakes but there is no smoke from the exhausts so i dunno

do you have a vacume leak?? or is the turbo inlet duct cracked??? that will make the engine idle very rough as mine used to

i dont noe actually its at my parents house so i cant really get a look at it. but is it easy to fix/replace?
