Engine Runs but water is inside the rotor housing???
Does anyone have any idea of what is wrong with this engine? The engine runs when i take all the water out of the rotor housing. But when i stop it, it won't start again until i take the water out of it again? Did i blew a seal or crack the core? But i'm thinking if i crack anything that was cause the engine not to start? well any suggestion will help thanks

How long after you turn the car off will it not start. If it is a while the water may build up long enough to cause it to lock up. While it is running it may not leak enough to lock it up though. Thats my .02 anyway good luck though.

Once you stop it you can't start it anymore that's what i have experience. I forgot to add this is a rebuilt motor that is only 3 months old with 4k miles on it.

The person who rebuilt the engine may have not out the water seals in correctly. It might be pinched between the housings. Hopefully thats all, wouldn't be too too bad to fix. Just a new gasket set.

Not a complete overhaul, well almost. You could leave the rotors alone. But you would need to break apart the housings and replace the seals. I would take it back to the rebuilder with a lawyer, because there is no way that yuo putting the motor in would cause an internal water leak. Damn shops can't trust nobody these days. I have not heard any good out of any shop ever.

You have a leaking water seal. Either take it back to the rebuilder and demand that they fix it, or tear the engine apart and replace the seal. Do not drive the car in this condition because it will case extreme damage to the engine.

For anyone wondering who i had rebuild my motor is "Mazda Recycling" I would tell you the entire story if you're interested but it is sure a long one. All in all i will never trust them again! Anyway thanks for all the advice. I just order the videos for a complete overhaul and i'm getting all the gaskets for a complete overhaul for 171 is that a good price? I hope when i take it apart all i would have to do is replace those gasket and nothing else. But i was thinking since i am doing this might as well do an exhaust port???
