Engine ready to go in, missing a wire

I got my engine all ready to go in tonight, and am missing a wire. It's the one that plugs in right by the throttle body and clips into the little slot in the intercooler bracket. I have the one half that's on the engine harness clipped in, but it the other half on the driver's side harness with the CAS and alternator? I don't remember it being there, but I have been wrong before.

I also have no where for my A/C compressor to plug in to. Should this also be on the harness that's in the car?

The only harness I have out of the car is the main engine harness (2 left most plugs on the ECU).

Thanks.

I think your talking about the knock sensor for the intercooler bracker question.

Could be, it's the only wire that isn't the AIT or the TPS. Anyways, where is the knock sensor at on a TII?

Is it the thing at the base of the oil neck?

If so, do I just use a big wrench to unscrew it? I see a phillips screw in the middle....

The wire on the one in the motor is broken off, but I do have another one.

You got it.

For the A/C compressor wire. It has its very own harness that routs back to the front of the car (next to the overflow bottle). It is the drivers most relay. It's includes the A/C compressor, Pressure switch and a relay or two. From there it plugs into the engine bay harness on the driver side of the car.
