Engine Pull/Clutch Related..

Ok, when I pull my engine, what about the clutch? Do I need an alignment tool? Do I leave the clutch attached to the tranny? I have NO clutch experience, so any help is cool!!

Clutch stays on the engine.

Oh. I am an idiot. So I just bolt the engine back to the tranny?
