Engine probs, PLEASE HELP, vid inside.

Alright, so i installed a s5 motor into my s4 got everything running right, it would idle good at like 1.2K and i finally hooked the throttle up today. The guy who helped me fix my car said i could put it around but not floor it or ill blow the motor, so i was putting around got to like 3rd went to like 6k, it was pulling pretty good, but when i got to a stop sign it died, then i tried restarting the motor and the battery died, so i pushed it all the way home recharged the batt and now it idles very strangely, i had the wrong coolant cap on the waterpump so coolant was flying everywhere. Now it idles at like 800RPMS and boggs, but doesnt die. I do not have the money if it is actually blown to repair it and if it is im gonna be extremely extremely upset.. ive worked on this thing for months. it def sounds different when ideling.. heres a vid. sorry for the quality but its from my cell and i am sitting here dying to know.

For the bogging issue get a voltmeter or use the light method to make sure the tpms is in spec (1k ohm). Then adjust the idle to 750.

pull out one of the plugs in each rotor one at a time and liestan to it, there sould be like 3 air sounds. it shoulds like it like a quick psh psh psh for 1 psh for each compression cycle, if there only two on 1 rotor not good. it hardier to explina over the internet.
