Engine out , what to clean engine bay with?
Im in the middle of doing a TII swap into my vert, its sitting engineless right now , but I just found a TII block so thats going in about a week. Question is what should I use to clean the engine bay , something that wont affect electronics , although the main engine harness wont be in there.
Thanks in advance,
Ark

old t-shirts and elbow grease......thats the safest way as far as electronics goes....
if your looking for somethign to spray on and powerwash off that is safe, they really all share the same risk level since they are liquids.
Either scrub it by hand with rbbing compound or get some good engine degreaser and spray it down then pressure wash it off...

I just a bunch of simple green, soft plastic brissle brush, and a hose. Although mine wasn't really that dirty when I did the swap. Just cover all the electronics up with plastic bags and duck tape and go to town with the hose. I did it, so did my buddy and had no problems

just take everything out, thats probably what ill be doing but thats only because most of it isnt going back in. Funny where both at the same stage but im still debating turbo or NA, but we both have verts with no engines in them, is your white?
