Engine out of the car, what should be mandatory replacement?

I want to know what should be replaced when the engine is out of the car on a stand and ready to be worked on. Just core essentials.
Tell me what bearings and or seals should be changed, I'd also like to know why they need to be changed in order to understand their importance. This is without dissasembeling the short block..

any ideas?

thanks guys.

Meh has this been covered too many times or something? I've never seen it posted.

All gaskets that were removed during disassembly.

Oil cooler banjo crush washers

Throwout and pilot bearing

Might as well do rear main seal (it's cheap)

Clutch (unless already new)

Tranny front seal if it's never been done

All vacuum lines and coolant hoses

Fuel filter

Spark plugs and wires

Metering oil lines if old

Edit...

Also belts

Any damaged electrical connectors
