engine lock up

I have a 1990 rx7. The engine is locked up tighter that **** if there is anybody that knows how to free it up please tell me

do a search for "ATF", basically you're gonna have to inject some fluid into the rotor housings & let it sit for awhile...How do know it's seized?

b/c we tried turning the engine from underneath the car and it would not budge

what does it do, if anything, when you try to start it? and what do you mean "underneath the car"? flywheel?
