Engine Life - how long?

What kind of engine life do these 2nd gen RX-7's have? I was thinking of purchasing one recently that's in good shape/good price, but it has 156K mi on it already....if properly maintained, how long do these rotary engines last?

well i have 108k on my t2 and it runs great so it all depends on the owner
