Engine Help

im not sure what to do. i have a 1986 rx7 gsx. it has about 60,000 on the engine but it needs seals and apparently that is expensive to have done. so should i:

buy a new engine for it i found with 3,000 miles rebuilt for 450 OBO?

look for an engine with the turbo II? and how much would that cost and would it fit just like my current engine does?

or fix my current engine which has about 60,000 miles on it? apparently that is expensive. so what should i do?

thanks

What seals do you need? Apex seals, oil seals, water seals?

I bought an engine from a guy cause it was leaking coolant into the combustion area. It had about 60k on it like yours when I got it. I thought the water seal was broke, but it broke because the channel that the seal sits it broke, like in this picture.
