engine flooded, now tach doesnt work

today my engine flooded up at school, but when i finally got it to start, the tachometer didnt give any readings... now when im driving, it just reads zero...

so something messed up because it was working fine before i shut my car off before it flooded... can anyone help me on this?

the tachs in our cars are just finicky. That's all. Restart the car and usually it works. (I'm sure you figured this out.)

LOL. every time you pull out the egi fuse to unflood, when is starts it wont work but as soon as it is started normally it will be fine again

I have never experience a problem tach. Nor has anyone else I know who owns and FC. I think you just have a loose connection at your trailing coil.

I had the same problem.

Whenever I pulled the EGI fuse out, it would seem to pop up once.

BUT.....if I floor it instead of pulling the fuse, never a problem.
