Engine died !!!!!!!!!!!!

Unhappy Engine died !!!!!!!!!!!!

Well my engine died in my 87 GXL the other day lost all compression in the rear rotor !!!!!!!!!!!! And the same day my aptartment building caught on fire !!!!!!!!! What a day dont think I could have took to much more of it. Plus Im moving to Maryland tuesday . And the packers are coming monday. I wont have a pc till the 9th of august to check my emails . But I will be looking for a new motor 86-88 N/A low miles .

Darn man. That bites a big one. Fire, dead rotor, and no computer.

tell me about it !!!!! I went through hell when I moved from baltimore up here to michigan now Im going through hell tryin to get back home . LOL one thing though is Im moving back to where Im form and into a house so I can let my car sit till I save up enough money to buy a motor or rebuild it. I just have to spen 886.00 to get it shipped to Maryland I love this car it is all original except me changing it to a 5speed and It only has two little rust spots on it both on the lip of the rear fender wells. The move has to go well the army is moving me . They just wont ship my car .

Man for $800+ you can find an engine from a junkyard and swap it tp get the car home.

I dont have the time or money right now !!! They are coming to pack up all my stuff tomorrow and then moving it all tuesday . Once I get in maryland I will hunt down a motor or get a new one . Any suggestions on who to get a new one from ?
