Engine Damage Tolerences

Okay I am pondering this while rebuilding my engine, my rotor housing has some minor gouging for about 1" 1/2 to the side of the exhuast port and another about 1/2" when the apex seal piece left through the exhuast port in the center of it, very very minimal. So I went ahead and bought a good used housing, but when I got it it has gouging all the way around the very edge of the housing persumably from the side piece of the apex seal, minimal but all the way around, and there are about 10 1 1/2" scratched near the trail plug inlet, also the chrome apears to be crack on the trailing plug inlet. Which housing should I use? And I don't want to spend 380 bucks on a new one.
