Engine Block Decoding
I am trying to find out what engine is in my car. It is an 88 TII and I was told the was a japanese engine swap done. So I want to figure out what year and type of engine it is 13-BREW maybe? I don't have a clue....Here are the numbers on the block.
Model Number
F-FB44-48
Serial Number
FA-0925 1/00 <--- I had a little trouble reading this because of the
grime on the plate. It could also be L/00 or 1700 who knows, but I think 1/00 is right.
If anyone can decode these numbers for me it would be much appreciated, thanks.
