Not much. If you have powersteering and AC, you will have to loop the lines on the steering rack and remove the associated AC condensor, lines, etc.

There are many levels- indeed, definitions- of engine bay "clean up".

Radical engine bays, seen on Honda forums a lot, have pretty much everything hidden/removed.
Less extreme examples involve relocating or simply beautifying components.

What you'll need is completely up to you and how imaginative you get.

yeah, most of this stuff shouldn't be done just to "clean up the engine bay".

but I would also:
replace the stock airbox and TID with a cone filter and a more attractive TID
replace the clutch fan and shroud with an e-fan
relocate the battery
remove cruise control
remove all emissions
remove cold start injector and tank
go front mount?

there is no end to things you can do...
