ems ecu bacb to factory ecu...any side effect or any correct way to do it??

ems ecu bacb to factory ecu...any side effect or any correct way to do it??
i brought a fc hooked with a after market ecu call Ems... i wanna change back to original ecu...can i just unplugged and change to original ecu just like that?
