Emissions question for 13B.
I took my car to get the emissions done on it and failed...horribly. I failed in Hydrocarbons and Carbon Monoxide.
Car has 138k miles and new plugs and wires. There is a gas smell when car is running. Car has not had dampner or injectors replaced.
Anybody have any advice on what the problem could be?
