Emergency!!!!!!!!!
Ok guys stick with me here. I just got a new starter put on, well tonight when I went to start my car it wouldnt start, didnt try to turn or nothin. It just made that stupid clicking sound when I turned the key. Well I popped the hood and pressed the littel trigger thing by the intake manifold to rev your engine a couple of times and it started. what is up with it? My friend said it could be the nuetral switch. please asap

The nuetral switch doesn't affect starting, however the clutch pedal has a switch on it which may be faulty, though if the starter is clicking it doesn't sound like so. Perhaps your engine isn't grounded very well, or your connections on the battery or starter are dirty, try cleaning them and putting more ground lines on your engine block.

That's what I was thinking jimmy, if it's new, and it's clicking, and it starts randomly sounds like dirty connections, and since it's clicking it doesn't sound like the clutch switch or anything.
