Exclamation Electronic Boost Controller Installation Help

I'm trying to install a greddy e-01 boost controller and I've got everything hooked up but the wiring. This being my first time doing this I was wondering what would be the best source for an rpm signal inside the car to splice into.

Also if anyone is familiar with the e-01 one, in addition to a wire for rpm signal it also has an option wire that I'm not sure what to hook it up to, is it for throttle position or something?

Any help would be appreciated thanks!

So I got everything hooked up, but I'm using an rPm signal wire coming from leading coil pack and it's off by about 500 rpm as the revs get higher but more accurate the closer to idle. Could it be my tach is off a bit?

I'd trust the electronically signalled Rpm's coming off the leading. The stock cluster is like an "idiot gauge".lol!

I ended up splicing into one of the wires going into the ecu but now that I know the stock tach is unreliable I'll probably just use the lead coil wire from now on. Thanks guys
