Electricity issues causing fuel cut?

I think I'm just going to drive my car over to banzai racing when I get some money. This problem has had me stumped for about a year and I just want my car to work damnit!

probe your fuel pump, and drive, does the voltage go from 9-10 to battery like it should? or did you do the rewire a little diffrent?

the voltage to my fuel pump is solid, and after I rewired it I got a whole AFR richer across the board, but no change in my fuel cutting issue.
