Electrical short and BAC question
I recently developed a bucking problem that was accompanied by my super AFR dropping out to 0 as well as my tach dropping out. I was able to trace the problem to the wire harness running up to the BAC valve. I have a short somewhere under the upper intake manifold which is wreaking havoc on my car. The problem is that I think theres another short in addition to the one running to the BAC. I pulled the negative battery terminal and ran a test light between the negative poll on the battery and the ground wire and it lit. I pulled all of the fuses in the kick panel one at a time as well as all of the main fuses. I am still not able to make the short go away. The only fuse I didnt pull was the main relay. What else should I check? If it's not one of the systems on a fuse, Then what could it be?

a test light is a very poor way to test for a current draw test. All it really says, is that you have a battery. It doesn't tell you how much draw there is.
Get a digital multi-meter and do the same test. The FC typically has around a 60mA draw. If it is above 70 mA or 80 mA or more then you have a real draw that you need to check for.
