Thumbs down Electrical Questions (WITH PICS :)

Ok guys,
you have been a great help so far. There are some pics on the link below that I need a hand with... Captions on the pics will help you see what I am talking about. First, there is a connector end that is apparently not plugged into anything in the Engine bay! Actually, there are 7 such connectors! Helps!

I dont know anything about them as far as what they're for, but I at least know the one by the fuse block isn't supposed to have anything in it- the one on the left doesnt look like it should either. There are alot of terminals in varous places in the engine bay for testing and diagnosis purposes. I'm sure if you looked hard enough in the FSM you could find it.
