electrical problem!!! help plz!

ok my headlights are out. we checked the fuses and everything is good. i put one light on my brothers fc and it works! whats going on!? i believe its the switch is burnt out. what other alternatives are possible for this??

More likely a bad headlight relay

where is the relay located? thats what i figured it was too but i dont know where the relay is, also his dash lights dont work either, but his tails and turn signals do. but anyway where is this fuse located? (btw this guy is NOT my brother for the record)

Ok guys i got him a new relay and nuthing, i also switched the relay from my car and doesnt work on his, he has a brand new switch that we used on another fc and the switch works fine....im thinkin f'ed up wires?
