electrical problem car dies when any load is applied

1. ok just today after not driving my 87TII for a couple weeks now I go to start it and it doesnt want to start right up and when it finally does the tac needle turns off, so I restart it and the tac needles bounces as the engine cranks but as soon as it starts the needle dies again,
2. as the engine is running now it is very ruff and when I apply moderate throttle pressure it will pop or back fire out the exhaust very loudly.
3.also it cannot be driven as soon as I put it into gear it dies, as well as turn on the parking or headlights it dies, or turn on the fan the car will die, pretty much any electrical load

A few things to mention.........
*I hooked up the timing gun to the trailing side and it only flashes during cranking just like the tac needle then light turns off(I know the tac signal comes from there)
and the timing light flashes like normal on the leading side.
*I have a HKS turbo timer that displays volts and it is showing between 10.98-11.87 while engine is running (way to low) and falls to nine or eight when I put on any electrical load for a sec before the engine dies, so I put my volt meter on the battery while it was running and it had 13.30 and the out put of the alternator had13.60 anyother time besides today the turbotimer volts and a voltmeter would never have more than a .25 difference
* I have 12+ volts at both coils while engine is running, and I ohmed out the plug wires(within spec) and replaced the spark plugs just to make sure both were perfect still
*there are no blown fuses in the car or in the engine bay

I am hoping all these clues can help anyone solve my problem

Under the main fuse box in engin bay there is a 8ga wire with a spade connector this goes right into the car. I would check here then move on to the wiring from and out of the alternator and the main charge harness straps. I wold also assume you looked the engin harness over and found no open or pinched wires.

You should also have the battey and alternator checked as they can put out proper voltage but still be bad.

Well I still hope someone can help, today I took off the alt. and had it tested, it passed all test so I reinstalled it but I cleaned the hell out of all the connectors first, I checked the voltage again and I was now getting 14+ out of the alt and about 13.78 to the battery, I still had no tac signal so I replaced it with a extra, and now the tac signals works and I am getting spark from the trailing side, and my turbo timer is showing a higher voltage also but still to low just around 12.10, I can rev it now without problems with all electrical loads off and even turn the parking lights on but it starts to get choppy, if I turn on the headlights it still dies as well as turning on the fan, or sunroof or putting it in gear with the clutch in all cause it to die, also if I rev it with just the parking lights on the tac signal dies till I restart the engine, no more popping from the exhaust unless there is a electrical load on

Unplug the headlights and see if it still kills the car.

remove the lame *** turbo timer and see if there is still the problem.

The turbo timer is probably seeing low voltage and thinks you turned the key off

I didnt even notice he said he had a TT.

I dont have any pics because im at work and the comp I had all that type of stuff on and links to help people is dead right now from lightning killing my board.

It is realy simple it bolts directly to the 80A fuse and only one using 8GA wire. It can cause electricity current to drop off going to the car and kill it. Ive seen the plastic clip bust or them corrod from being close to the battery and cause the cars to have low voltage probs.
