electrical problem?

Question electrical problem?

i had my alternator checked adn its giving out almost 80 amps. come to find out my battery was dead replaced that and now my car starts up great but when i use my accesories if i look really good i still see my lights dim or if i use my brakes.is this a bad ground somewhere or something?

You mean your alternator has the ability to output 80 amps
I'd like to find out how they measured that, but 80amps sounds about right for a S4/5. So that doesn't sound like the problem...

Check the continuity between the wires on the back of the alternator (the small two wire connector) and where they goto inside the cabin(not sure where, sorry), if the resistance between the 'live' one and inside the cabin is low and the ground wires resistance to the ground is low then start looking elsewhere for a problem.. I'd have no idea where the problem might be though.
