Talking Electrical issues...

I just got my 91 turbo running again after a new battery and some blown fuses but now interior lights, turn signals, headlights and dash lights are not working. The hazards, brake lights and instrument panel still work though, Anyone got ideas as to whats causing this? or maybe know someone in norcal/eastbay who is good with electrical?

i looked at the ones under the steering wheel and double checked under the hood unless i cant tell what the smaller ones under the wheel look like when there blown (which is very possible) then they all look fine to me.
i look for the little metal piece being still together and then its not blown

You should buy a Digital Multimeter and check for continuity on each fuse in the interior block.
Do you have an aftermarket radio? You should check behind the unit for exposed wiring which is causing a short. Now also if you have an aftermarket alarm system you should check for shorts in the area which its installed.
