Exclamation Electrical Help Ppppllleeaasssee

I HAVE AN 87 FC GXL does anyone have the eletrical diagram and or the grounds and locations.... and how to ground my ECU.


any help would be very appreciated......

ON a 87 car, the grounds for the ECU are pin 2R, 3A and 3G. They go to a ground point called 24. That point 24 is located on top of the engines rear rotor housing. The three wires are in a ring terminal and bolted down.

See page 50:20 for those wires.

For the location of the 25 plus ground points on the car, go to page 50:9 of the 87 fsm. If using another year manual, it'll be a different page and perhaps a different format. 87 is the best year for wiring diagrams, period.
