Ok...

I've almost got this damn 13b wired up in my car now.... I've checked all the ECU plugs for the required voltages the 1 and 3 plugs seem to be fine now. I've got fuel and spark...

The number 2 plug has some problems. IT seems that the sensors and the AFM read 12 volts at the ECU plug. This is not letting the engine start, but I'm not exactly sure why I'm reading 12volts? What could cause this on the engine side harness?

I figured there would be no problems with this side because I haven't altered it at all!!??

ALso I have this wire on the same spool as the sensors and I'm not sure where this goes to? Looks like a ground wire, to ground what?
