"Electrical Guages Question"

Im going to install a Auto Meter water temperature,
and Oil pressure gauge in my 88 T-II. I would like to know what are the advantages/disadvantages of electrical versus standard water/oil temperature gauges
as far as ease of installation and performance is concerned. Also are the electrical gauges more accurate than the standard gauges ? Any advice or personal opinions are greatly appreciated

electrical guages eliminates the need to route oil lines and water lines into the cockpit with electrical sensors and wiring, but at a higher price

electrical is way way better.

getting a wire through the firewall into the pillar is much easier then a hose... plus you can't use those plastic lines on the track. they won't let you race. you have to buy SS line and run that to the gauge. which is even harder then running the plastic line. and is $$$.
