So today I took my car in to get the AC hooked up and charged. The mechanic had to bypass a relay up in front of the radiator to make it work. So my AC is on anytime I turn the fan on. But the really strange thing is now when I turn the fan/AC on my clock is working. It never worked before. What's up with that?

You have a blown cigar fuse and now are back feeding the circuit.
