Electric motors
Does any one know an easy way to revive the speed of the old electric motors (wiper, windows, roof, etc.) on an s4? Thanks.
I tried rebuilding the wiper motor, but that actually slowed the motor!!
so I've pulled the roof motor out and packed the cavity in the roof with 3 or 4 oz. of all purpose grease repeatedly, replacing the motor and openong and closing the roof after each application of grease, so as to ensure that the lines are full of grease. This has greatly increased the efficiency of the motor, however the roof still hangs a bit and needs a push when initially opening
