electric greddy egt gauge

got mine today. Is the lead for the sensor long enough to go from the down pipe to the a post gauge pod? Just by looking, it doesn't seeem so

I received you PM lews930

My wire up went like this:

-12V Power Source Line (Red) - tapped Into cigarette Lighter positive.

-Ignition Line (Orange) - Same as above.

-Parking Light Source (White) - Cigarette Lighter Light bulb (positive).

-Ground Line (Black) Either the Cigarette Lighter or It's Bulb. (negative). I choose the former.

What I bracketed was the actual colour of the wire. You may want to confirm with your Manual If this coincides. Fini!

The good thing Is you are able to dim It In sync to the stock Interior lighting with this wire up. As already mentioned, tons of wire Is left leading to the EGT sensor. I have all the excess routed back Into the cabin for a neat appearance.
