Eibach springs, which go where?

I just bought a set of eibach springs, but I can't tell which are the front springs and which are the rear. One pair has 89634 and 5520.002 printed on them, the other has 112522 and 5513.102 printed on them. Anyone know which is what?

If you look at your original stock springs, it'll be obvious.

The tapered ones go up front; the thin ones go in the back.
No, there is not left / right difference.

The stock springs are tapered in front, but the eibachs are a constant diameter. One set is wound tighter than the other, but thats the only difference.

The part number on the box matches up with whats on mazdatrixes site, so I assume I have the correct springs. Should aftermarket springs have the same taper as stock?

yeah, unless you bought springs for a coilover setup by mistake the front ones need to be tapered to fit the strut assembly

Are the springs identical in length? Perhaps somehow you got a set of Rear "NA" springs and a set of Rear "Turbo" springs because the part number for the Turbo ones are 5520 and the NA ones are 5513
