eh my brake pedal is stuck up

Anyone know what would be causing this? The car wont move...it's stuck. It's almost like I have the parking brake on when I try and move.

Sure the parking brake isn't on? Jack each corner up and try and turn the wheels to see where problem is. Once found we can decide what's wrong. It could be a caliper that's hung up, bad line etc.

yea i know the parking break isn't on. i think i may just get it towed somewhere and have someone check out my brakes.
