Putting the s5 turbo into an s4 will cause serious difficulties during installation. The s4 turbo will drop in pretty easily. See forum FAQ or search "turbo swap" for more info.

as they said it is a bit of work. Im doing a S5 NA into a S4 NA car and its enough of a headache as is. the turbo stuff will only add to the frustrasion. My advice is that if you have yet to buy an engine - Do the research in the archives and such and see what will work the best for you. You can swap anything in - it just depends how much work you are willing and or capable of doing.
