Egi main fuse blowning out

I need some help here, I got a 90 turbo II and the egi fuse keeps blowning out. The main relay by the master cly on the side of the igniton coil has a red and white wire that keeps getting hot when the ignition is in the on position. When I turn on the headlights the driver side is dim. Then with all lights off and the ignition on I turn the left turn signal on and all the side marker and tail lights go on. If anyone has any ideas please let me know. thanx

i know i blew my egi fuse when 2 wires over by the air pump touched because the plastic broke off and, that caused it to blow but it oculd be just wires touching so i would check for wires touching.

Follow the red and white wire. Make sure it doesn't have any cracks. Also make sure nothing is tapped off of it, like airhorns, electric fan... anything not stock that maybe someone else installed....? Just a thought.

Youve got a short. Probably somewhere long the wire thats getting hot.

Hard, yet correct way, is to get a multimeter and try to find the short electronically. Or visually, by inspecting the wire.

There is no cheap easy way around this, youve just gotta put some time in.
