Subject is self explanator. Can I get this cut to match my stock key, or is the pattern specific to a 3rd gen only?

There was a post about this not too long ago. Basically, you grind the efini key to make it the same length as the fc key. Then you make the tip of the efini key the same as an fc key and you take it to a key shop and tell them to copy your og key. I think thats it. Its a little thicker than the fc's key but it will work. It just fits real snug.
