Which ECU's are interchangeable?

Which ECU's are interchangeable?
I was wondering which ECU numbers are interchangeable. I have gathered that TII ECU are not compatible with NA ones, but I would like to know which numbers can safely be interchanged if any.

ECUs are interchangible with other ECUs with the same first 2 numbers.
Example: N-xxy As long as the Two ECUs have the same "xx" the "y" doesent matter.
Example 2: N-352 would be interchangible N-355. I dont know if those are real ECU numbers, but you get the idea.
Ive also heard some of the Convertible models had ECUs compatible turbos.
