ECU Help

Check Engine light coming on, but it's not giving me a code when I try to check it.
Usually comes on when the turbo tries to boost. I can't rev past 2500 when the light comes on.

I did just that, the light usually comes on after a few mins of driving. After that the turbo refuses to boost if i give it some gas.
